99 fore arm mods?

What are the Savage 99 forearm mods that I keep hearing about?Pics?

You talking about making sure the rear doesn't bind on the frame? You just check and see if it is binding and take a little wood off where it is (if it is).

I've seen a thread about putting a rubber O-ring between the forearm and barrel, plus easing the contact between forearm and receiver.
