Kinda going backwards. Got the scope but, now I need the rifle and base. Picked up a Millett LRS 6-25x56 with 35mm tube for a great price. It came with rings which I hope will work. Now I need to get a base to put them on. I'm assuming it will need to be a tad bit longer than norm. Plan on getting FCP in 308 with HS. Still haven't decided between standard or 5R. Any input welcome. TIA
