Savage MSR15 Patrol accuracy

Hi,

got myself a Patrol but was not able to shoot the rifle with a scope at 100m because the optics mount is not shipped yet.
What are the experiences with this rifle at 100yd/m?
Which bullet weight are the most accurate?
