Savage Model 19 NRA Barrel Band and Threaded Muzzle

Anybody know where I can find a middle barrel band and swivel for a Model 19? Numrich is sold out.

Also, this rifle has a threaded muzzle. I've seen one other like this. Was this a factory mod for a silencer?

As to a suppressor, does you gun have any Brit stamps? I've seen old guns which have been shipped over there and then come back threaded.

Thanks for responding Red fFeather. CFN Parts is out of stock. Can't find any Brit proofs on the rifle.
