New Savage Owner from KY

Greetings to the group. My next door neighbor and I have been shooting together for 10-15 years. He died recently and I’ve been helping his wife sell his firearms (she has no interest in the guns.) He had a Savage Model 10FCP, SKU number 19055. I’ve wanted a .308 and decided to take the plunge with his. I haven’t had it to the range yet but look forward to doing so.

I don’t know much about Savage firearms yet but hope to learn as time goes on.
