35 whelen cfe 223

speer 15 was showing loads for cfe 223 for there 250 grain hot cor spitzer. so I loaded some in Hornady once fired brass .Winchester large rifle primers. start loads at 58 grains 3each 59 3each 60 grains 3each 61 3 each 62 grains 4 each 63 grains 4 each 64 grains 4 each. primers look the same from 58 grains to 64 grains. which is book max. to much wind to crony. but groups were around 1 inch from 61 to 64 grains. shot in ruger hawkeye 24 inch barrel 1 in 12 twist. any one tried this powder for the whelen?
