My wife just bought me a flag pole, and I just hung these two beauties up, my neighbor was looking over and I said to her, isn't that a thing of beauty, and her responds was "OH your one of those" so apparently I am one of those and I didn't even know it. what ever those is I am proud of it.

In Louisiana, we fly the "LSU" Flag below the stars and stripes.
I will gladly send you a LSU flag which definitely would make you "One of Those"!

Yes Dennis I know what you mean, but don't remember that particular incident. Sadly, many people I know view the American Flag as the New confederate one. They primarily associate it with Fox News, Conservative and Christian values and white male dominance.

Scope eye I put up my flag pole and flag 36 years ago before I even finished my landscaping when I built my house, and the flag has flown 24/7-365 and too HELL with what the neighbors think or feel.
I also have NEVER used a flag made in China or anywhere else. U.S.A. made only even though the price has probably quadrupled since the first one I bought.
