MK II BTVS 22 Extractor Failures...Anyone here ever double-up ext. spring clip?

I like my tight chamber on my new MK II BTVS 22. Thing is that it's having intermittent failures to extract. I've checked the extractors and they look fine and are properly installed on the correct sides of the bolt. The spring clip seems ok.

I was wondering if anyone here has ever doubled-up on the clip and thereby increased the tension on the extractors. Also if you did double-up how did you work around the notches on the clips not aligning?
