Yes you can. Not difficult at all. Been there done that.
+1. I did that exact thing for my 6-WSM. Remember to recut the chamfer back into the rear after you grind it down. Otherwise your firing pin will stop really short, and of course rest your pin protrusion as with any bolt head swap.Quote:

No on the baffle.
With the firing pin you will just need to adjust out your protrusion. In the fired position you need .035"-.040" sticking through the face.
