The Wifes 6mmBR

The wife has been expressing interest in shooting the prairie dog match at our local range and I decided to get her into the game with a 6mmBR.

Savage Short Action Center feed
26" 8 Twist McGowen Varmint barrel
Bobby Hart Long Range Tactical Stock
Tuned up Accutrigger with a clean break at 1.5lbs
Hawke 6.5-24 Varmint half mil scope.

Build turned out amazing looking and shoots just as well.
29.5gr of IMR 4064 with a 107gr Sierra match kings seated to just kiss the lands produces a velocity of 2855 fps and five shot groups in the .2s - low .3s

Im greener than that grass with envy. Looks good. By the way that is the greenest pic I have ever seen of arizona. I live in barstow and we have no grass.

Ha well thanks. Grass is no where near as green as I would like it. Only gets watered once a week and 108 degree heat is hard on it.
