Action is a model 14 hinged floor plate, 26" McGowan with .75 muzzle, and a Boyds featherweight thumbhole. Gun weighs 10 lbs without scope and feels great. Had open up the barrel channel considerably to get the large shank fat barrel in. Bad news this was built for a buddy. I will need to "test" fire it though. The action and metal parts were painted with KG gun kote in flat black.
