Will a Savage 110 bolt in .223 fit in the old 1979-1982 vintage 110V models

I want to change my 110S .308 to .223. Since I am having difficulty finding a bolt head in .223 for changing, do you know if a standard bolt from an old 110 .223 will fit the 110V model?
