Savage .22 cal model 6 bc

i HAVE A SAVAGE MODEL 6 BC AND NEED SOME INFO. ON WHAT DATE THEY PRODUCED THAT MODEL, I DON'T SEE OR CAN FIND ANY SERIAL #'S, IT HAD A THIN TRIGGER GUARD.
