Fitting a Boyd or Stockys 110 stock to a 220 slug gun with detachable magazine ?

My savage 220 is based on the Savage Accutrigger long action, as far as I am aware. I see plenty of nice laminate stocks for blind magazine 110 actions, but very little for 110 actions with center feed detachable magazines.

Has anyone taken one of the blind magazine stocks and inlet it for one of the slug guns, either the 212 or the 220 ? It seems one would just have to align the bottom metal with the action screw holes and then inlet it to receive the bottom metal ? Or am I thinking too simplistically ?

westcliffe I have been thinking the same thing. I have a Boyd's here doing nothing that may turn into my winter project.
