Other that removing the old bolt and installing the new one with a 1/4 inch drive, is there anything else that needs to be done? Any suprises? It looks pretty straightforward.

Nope, it's really that easy. Well.....it is once you get the BAS off. ;D
I had one that I literally stood on the allen wrench to get it to come loose the other just took a swift pop from a hammer handle so either way have fun and be sure to de-cock it! it's easier that way ;) Later,
