Choate Tactical and B&C Medalist inbreeding question

Does anyone know if the adjustable buttstock equipment from the Choate stocks will work on the B&C Medalist stocks. I cannot find any adjustable buttplates for the B&C stocks anywhere. Thank you for any replies.
