CDI, Accurate Mag, SSS DBM with Alpha mags or AICS pattern 10 rounders...
I think the "universal" mag option from Sharp Shooter supply is the only DBM that will work with the 4.27" staggered feed SA.
check out cdi precision, I'm pretty sure he has one for the 4.27 short action. Jeff is top notch too.

CDI makes one for the 4.27" spacing, I think Kevin Rayhill at Stockade can make one for you in that spacing as well.
For a long action, CDI makes DBM bottom metal.
