Reloading the 6.5 x 284 with Forster Bushing Bump Dies

This is my first go with Forster Bushing Bump dies and reloading the 6.5 x 284. I'm using Lapua brass, a Criterion barrel.
My question is this: I have fired some break in rounds and now I'm ready to reload. What bushing have any of you used?
I have the .293, .291, .289. ?? Looking for some advise.
