Good thing we can tell the difference between the two hole sizes ;D It appears that the bedding under the tang was causing some flex in the action when everything was tightened down. Glad you got it figured out.

well, my wood stock originally had no metal at all so I bedded some brass pillars in the front and rear. After the pillars were bedded into the stock, I bedded the whole action.
Hope that clears up what I said. :)

Looks like you did a good job.Your first target looked like a shotgun pattern.The new target looks super!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good Job.

Thanks. This is the first time I've ever grouped 3 shots so close together consecutively. I believe those three shots measured .41"
