loose bolt handle

Hello All,
while checking our Mark 1's that just came back from 6 weeks of Scout Camp, I discovered that one of the bolt handles is loose. Can I just put the bolt body in a vise and
tighten the handle ?

the Mark 1 bolt is completely different
