New Guy in Kentucky
I was in the Army for 15 1/2yrs before being medically retired. I spend most of my time outside working on things around the property. Target shooting (I find it exceedingly relaxing), hunting and fishing take up the rest of my time. I’ve been shooting my friends Savages off and on for a few years. I really like the feel, and the way everything works and feels smooth. I finally pulled the trigger so to speak, and bought a 110 Hunter in 308 a couple of months ago. I’ve been so satisfied that I purchased a 110 Elite Precision in 308, and I want to start shooting in competitions as I feel like I’m a lost soul looking for that missing camaraderie. The 110 EP already has a stainless steel barrel, so I’ll be changing out the trigger for a Timney Trigger. I’m looking to go in the right direction, and this place has so much information, I’m hoping to learn even more from the group here as a member. Thanks for letting me join guys hope to hear from you soon.
