Optics Planet shipping

Well call me a conspiracy nut. But I have made two orders from opticsplanet and both orders have been lost in the mail before they left Fox Valley Illinois which is where Optics Planet is located. This time I cannot get my money back and they will not ship until the post office pays the claim. I have decided this will be the last dealings I have with opticsplanet. It takes forever to get customer service on the line and took them a week and three separate phone calls to send me the claim form (email) so I could get the claim started which they initiated with the post office. I hope everyone else has a great experience with them but if you don't remember you heard it here first.
