Scope rail - A22-LR by Outerimpact VS ???

Has anyone tried the Outerimpact Savage A22-LR Picatinny Scope Base ? I found it on Amazon for $42.

Are their other options?

I just want something to mount a red dot... but the Weaver #46 mounts are only a little over 1" long.
