looking for an approx age on springfield 720

i am trying to find out what the approx age is of this springfield 720? that i recently purchased as it only seems to have a 4 digit serial number of 8376 on the receiver right in front of the loading port there are no other numbers anywhere on the outside of the gun or on the barrel. thanks in advance for any help i get
