Who can modify my 12 F/TR laminated stock

... and make it look and have the functionality like the Palma stock, with the adjustable butt and cheek?

My F/TR fit's me nicely for LOP and have added a Karsten adj. cheek rest, follow instructions and two 1/4 in. holes and mark were the rest for height as must lower to clean rifle
