Savage Lover From CO
Been lurking for a bit.
My first firearm was a Mark II GXP .22LR, so you could say I've been a fan.
I am a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, but a new hunter (2 seasons in FL). I just moved to CO from FL and have acquired a 99C in .308 (circa 1968, I think) from a friend. I only shot BB guns as a kid, so I'm looking to go from novice-like to not-so-novice-like for appropriate hunting ranges. Heh, we didn't have to shoot so far in FL.
I'll be looking at info here related to my 99 and hunting/shooting in general.
