I picked up an Axis action and barrel from a couple of members here. Here is a chassis I have been working on for a couple of weeks. I still need to fit and mount the butt pad and machine the mag latch but it is getting close to finished. I still have to cut the barrel down to 20" and thread it, machine a bolt handle. The action and barrel will be cerakoted Texas Tan.

Looks nice! Those of us who've been hankering for an MDT HS3 for their Axises are jealous.
Since you built the stock, it doesn't really fit the definition of "aftermarket". I see no issue with it being posted here in the Axis forum.Quote:
