Hello from the People's Republic of New Yorkistan!
Hey Everyone! Like the title says, I'm from NY, land of no fun with guns (limited magazine capacity, no "evil features on semi-autos", hell no suppressors even.) Stuck here for now but hopefully leaving for a free state at some point in my life.
Literally just ordered my first Savage, a model 12 in 223. Current arms include M1 Garand, No. 4 Mk 1 Enfield and a few shotguns. Looking to make the Savage my precision rifle to work on my marksmanship. The M1 and No. 4 are great to shoot but 70 year old battle rifles are not precision rifles (unless of course they've been worked over, which mine have not.)
Looking to learn as much as I can here and contribute where I can.
