Looking for a 300 win mag load

I have 180 gr nosler bt and h1000 and h4831sc and I'm looking for some loads for my 116 300 win mag could not get it to shoot 185 vld with h4831sc the way I wanted it to so trying 180bt noslers has eneyone found a load that shoots good out of a 116 300wm

75 grns r22..........or 68 grns of IMR-4350.
