410 SxS not maker marked

A friend showed me this the other day....he said...not sure who made it as its not marked....when i saw it.... Savage/Stevens just screamed at me....I didnt take it apart as the forearm doesnt have a "release" so I wasnt sure how to take it off...(didnt want to mess it up)...underside where savage date codes are is an 11 inside a circle....no marks on either frame side...on top of barrels is Selected Forged Steel (on right barrel)...and Proof Tested 410 Gauge (on left barrel)....plain butt plate...couldnt see a serial number made for another retailer?
