I have 357 rifle double barrel single action FOX MODEL B no serial number that says 357 and also what looks like could have been 410 stamped but has been xxx over the 410 stamp I took it in they said it is rifled and 357 bullets fit into it but they or I cannot find any information on this rifle everything comes back as shotguns not rifles
I would guess that what you have is a .410 reworked with sleeved barrels to take .357 (Magnum?) pistol cartridges.
Winchester made a rifled version of the M21 double in something like .44-40 and maybe someone wanted to recreate that in an affordable platform.
It does look like to have been sleeved is it possible that it could be a special order rifle ? I don't know if they do something like that or not

The fact that the .410 has been X'd out and it was restamped .357 tells you it was converted after it left the factory.
