America's Double Standard Regarding Constitutional Rights.

Very interesting opinion, and thought you guys would enjoy reading.

Why don't we have to pay a fee and be subject to a background check before obtaining a license to engage in Constitutionally guaranteed rights such as FREE SPEECH? Or to join a church? Or not be forced to give testimony against ourselves in criminal matters? But we do before we can keep and bear arms? Is there a double standard as to which rights our founding fathers thought important?
