New from Nebraska

Hello, I am in North Platte, Nebraska. Joining because I am interested in a barrel nut conversion to a 458 caliber rifle. Probably will end up with a 450 Marlin. Still open on which cartridge I will chamber for, just looking at options. I thought this forum would be a good place to gather information. Trying to see which action would be the simplest to convert.

I work for Union Pacific here in North Platte, I make my runs east to Council Bluffs, IA and/or Marysville, KS. Enjoy bird hunting with my English Cocker. I like older shotguns, pick ups, motorcycles, fish some.
