Just acquired my 1st older Savage pistol, Model 1917. It is in very good condition. The left side of the frame just above the grip panel there is a marking I can not locate any information on - PQ. L-511. It is stamped and the "Q" is only partly there. Anyone have any idea what this mark means if anything??
