Ripped off by Glades Armory

Ordered a bolt handle for my Axis build last November. Nover got it.
Several email exchanges with them produced nothing but blame being placed on the USPS.
According to USPS the item was listed with a tracking number, but never picked up by USPS personal.
Facebook page by Glades reveals several others who have also been ripped.
Since there is no way to contact Glades, as they are a subsidiary, there is no way to achieve satisfaction.
They have a very nice product, if you are one of the fortunate people to get what you ordered.
