6.5-284 rounds fed from a 338 Lapua CIP mag?

I have a Savage long action chambered in 6.5-284 that I’m having an XLR Industries chassis made for. I’m thinking about having it made with a 338 Lapua CIP magazine in case I want to have a big magnum barrel made for it some day in the future, like a 338 RUM or a 338 Edge. Does anyone see any problems with feeding 6.5-284 rounds from a 338 Lapua CIP magazine?
