Hey all! I'm new to the forum (sorta) and just wanted to introduce myself. I am in Eastern Pa and wanted t see who else here is near me. I live in a suburb near Quakertown, about 25 miles northwest of Philly. Anyone? Hit me up, I'd loveto go shooting with you sometime!

Take a look at the Pa Shootout threads. We gather 20-30 guys from the area every summer for a day of shooting up near Bloomsburg.
So yes, there are plenty of us in the area, and one of our moderators lives very close to you.
I'm from Lansdale - shoot at the BCF&G range in Doylestown.
I'm in Harleysville.

I grew up in Horsham, live in Q-town now. Where the heck is that range in Doylestown?

I've been to Sugar Bottom (Wisens Farm), I used to go there all the time. It's all changed now, the two brothers that ran the place have passed on, and the next generation has made a lot of upgrades. You can't shoot there for $5 anymore.
Hello riverat. I live in E-town and shoot at Conewago also. Love the 200 yd range.Maybe I'll see you there sometime. I'm there just about every weekend weather permitting.
I drove past there a few months ago. Looks like they have made a "legitimate" gun club out of it. Years ago it was pretty informal. Been well over twenty years since I last shot there.Quote:

Wisen's is under court order re rapid fire...has to be a count of three between shots....just an interesting FYI....
I'm far away from most of you guys. I live in Westmoreland County. About 20 minutes east of Pittsburgh. I do like EGW parts and buy most of what they make when I need it. I always attempt to support the local guys!! When I bought a 1911 barrel bushing from these guys I called 'em and they were in the middle of making a production run of 'em. The guy ask me the dimensions of my barrel and my slide, and cut me a custom fit bushing at no extra charge!!! Can't beat that for customer service!!

Guess I'm far away too, Bedford county, PA. But we have 12 acres and I love to shoot here!

Montgomery county here. I currently shoot at Topton and Guthsville but plan on checking out New Holland on the spring for some longer range activity.
