+1 on the xlr, I currently have all the rifles I own that they inlet for mounted in the xlr chassis. They are quality built and will stand the test of time. Also you won't have to bed anything just drop in and start shooting.
Also Kyle is a great guy and unlike other manufacturers will help you out and get you what you need. I.e. I started my business last year had a little trouble getting squared away with the IRS, while I had a stock preordered from him, ran into some financial difficulty and contacted him and he allowed me some extra time to pay on it. The XLR is more than just a good stock, it's got a guy standing behind it that cares about the customer. He has won me over for life. Not to mention he has done a fantastic job with the engineering on them and able to draw even more accuracy out of the savage rifles.
Happy shooting,

I absolutely love my AICS chassis. Cant imagine having anything else now.

@Jammer
Question for you sir.
I had a AICS before my XLR, and what made me decide to go with an XLR on my builds instead of AICS is that the seam of the stock where your fingers wrap around was very sharp and required filing to be comfortable to shoot. Is it the same with yours or was mine just looked over with quality control?
Note: The XLR and the AICS use the same mags but also the XLR is a little more comfortable and ergonomic to shoot for me.
And also does AICS inlet for the accustock?

I would love a chassis, but I got a Choate for mine. Boyds make them for the bottom release guns now. Whidden would be my choice for a traditional tactical stock if the money was not an issue.
