Bedding with Marine Tex - Savage 110
Just out of the out of the stock. Using Marine Tex, some clay, and a little bit of tape, this is a pic of last nights bedding.
Will need to spend some quality time with the dremel to trim everything out, all in all, a fair job. Will post after the clean up is completed.

Mother's California Gold car wax. Applied by fingertip and a Q-Tip in the angles that the fingertip won't make it to.
Very little wax is used. Touch the wax, rub on metal parts, and call it a day.
The white lines in the barrel nut area is clay. I fill in the indentations with clay so the bedding compound does not try to lock on to this area.
Same with the magbox to receiver area.....clay is your new friend.
