Another Texan Today
I've been lurking here for a while but finally created an account today. I bought this 6.5 CM 10T back in April and proceeded picking up second hand; Seekins rings and an SWFA SS 3-15 FFP scope. I was able to take it out and get it zeroed @ 100 yds a few weeks ago then went to a buddies ranch last weekend to stretch it out a bit. The second time shooting it, and the first time beyond 100 yards I was able to hit targets out to 700 yards on the first shot holding over. At 800 I had the first miss so adjusted the turrets and got a hit. Albeit inconsistently I was eventually able to hit at 1K yards. Needless to say, I'm impressed and ready to do it again. Unfortunately there's not a range in the area beyond 600 yds so I guess I'll shoot "groups" there until I have a chance to go back south.
