Help on 223 to WSM model 10 conversion

I have a staggered feed model 10 that I would like to convert to a 7mm WSM for hunting. Right now it is a 223 AI.

Will I need anything besides a new barrel and bolt face?

The buffer and firing pin are also different. Call Fred and get right stuff.
