What is Least Expensive and Easiest Way to Convert the 12FV to a DBM?

What is Least Expensive and Easiest Way to Convert the 12FV to a DBM?

I am okay with keeping the factory stock and using a Savage DBM like that from the FCV12. Can a Savage DBM assembly from the FCV12 be fitted to the FV?
