Usually, when I have that specific a make, model, and cartridge in mind, I've needed to order one from a local dealer. In the past, every time I've gone in with the exact make, model, and cartridge (and possibly SKU), the dealer calls a few distributors, and everyone is happy within a week or two.

^^^I did the same thing. 5 days later I had what I wanted.

I tried that. Local dealers Cabelas Sportsman's warehouse etc. No luck

That is probably one of savages highest demand rifles. I don't know how many they make but they could probably sell twice that many. Build you one.

Try WIKIARMS. Then select Gun Engine. It may help to find one. Also Gunbroker. They pop up then disappear every few months until a new batch goes out. No need to worry.
