I dropped a Model 12 action into an XLR Chassis that was originally made for a Model 10 in .308. The bolt spacing should be the same, right? Everything checks out, but when dry firing it, I noticed the bolt "twitches" downward. I've never noticed that on my other rifles. Safe?
And, to feed reliably from the magazine (AI), it was mentioned that I may have to switch the bolt-baffle to a 308/300 bolt-baffle... That true?
