Rings for a Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44mm on a savage model 10 FP-SR

I have been looking around and found some conflicting information so I figured why not ask the hive.

What are the lowest rings I can go with and still have some BC flip caps? Ideally I am looking to spend >$60 on the rings.
