If you can use a plastic one, drop me a PM with your address. I have a couple.
Yours for the asking.

Thanks Frank, I am replacing my plastic ones.
Are all new Savage rifles equippd with plastic trigger guards?
You beat me to it.
Dean
Am I forgiven for blurting it out on an open forum. LOL
Dean
I just found 2 steel ones that I am going to post for sale in they appropriate forum.
Dean
I changed out a few of mine. it does make a difference the way it tightens up. No more squished trigger guard.
That's not how it went, after I posted to call Savage, I thought I wonder if I have any and went looking for them, and by the time I found them, you had already bought them, did you think I was hoarding them from you. LOL
Dean
Hey heeeey heeeey, This is my story and I tell it how I want to. Why does everyone try to defend themselves with useless facts!?
Plus I would have bought those also.
Ouch!
And anyway come to think of it, where's the love for hooking you up with Savage.
Dean
Oh thanks Dean, You are the man.
I spent 62 dollars for 2 and then you rub it in my face by selling two for 40 15 minutes later. Buddy!
:fencing:
The thought of just giving them away crossed my mind. LOL
Dean
Now my feeling are hurt. I hate paying retail. Savage shooters have always come through for me and I just got impatient. Doh! Oh well. I just need to lick my wounds and dry my eyes and get over it!
Wow.....
This is a tough room.
Midway has the steel ones in stock. I ordered mine 2 days ago. Still shows available on the site.
