savage 12 bvss 308 chaote stock long or short

What year did they make the savage 12 bvss 308 internal mag a short action or is it a short action?.. gonna buy the chaote sniper stock to go with it..will get rifle in 9 days so i cant measure right now

12BVSS is short action, they have a good stock.
