Wrap the action (where the wrench will sit) with a couple layers of blue painters tape. No problems!

Ya don't need it. I already had one so I just use mine as an extra set of hands.
A simple wooden jig to place a barreled action on would be just fine. Should be some pics of such things around here some where.
BillPA built himself a nifty yet simple wood block setup. There were some pictures floating around somewhere.
Somebody...Anybody Please find the pictures and post them.
