I have bought from all three mentioned and they are all better than Midway.

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
don't forget Grafs
www.grafs.com
I'll normally shop around to find the best prices/shipping costs.......although lately it seems like ya just have to go with who has what you want "in stock"

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
I was about to suggest Grafs, but Trappst beat me to it.
www.grafs.com
Don't forget to calculate your shipping prices. What I do when I want to make a major purchase is to generate a spreadsheet with prices and shipping costs from different vendors.

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
Also check Third Generation Shooting Supply and Bruno Shooters Supply.

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
Better place than Midway? ANYWHERE!!!
Joking aside, I really like Midsouth & Powder Valley.
Natchez is alright sometimes, but their website REALLY stinks.

Fast shipping, though.

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
If you have a C&R FFL Grafs is very hard to beat........With the prices the locals charge on supplies I will gladly pay the Hazmat

Absolutely!!!!
The C&C also makes Midway tough to beat.

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
Cabelas frequently has free shipping, or $25 off purchases of $100 or more. If the items you are looking for happen to be on sale also, this can make for some good deals.

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
I rerally like midway but for components I've been spend alot of money at powdervalley. He had brass for a 6.5x47 lapua almost 50$ a hundred CHEAPER than midway. PV runs a special every once in a while where if you buy 5K of federal primers no hazmat fee, and you can add all the primera and powder ( to his shipping limit) you want

Re: got to buy some more bullets anyone know of a better place than midway
Graf's has a very reasonable handling charge compared to Midway. I recently ordered 204R and 7mm bullets along with 100 204R brass cases. Shipping was $4.98.

With a C&R Grafs dealer prices are untouchable.
Midway's dealer discount is a very very bad joke.
Unless it is available nowhere else I will not buy from Midway.

Grafs is good for dealer prices on optics and reloading supplies, but they charge a bunch extra to use a credit card and their shipping prices are worse than Midway.
Midway's dealer prices are good for all the gun parts and gunsmithing supplies.
I always shop around for the best deals.

Don't forget about wideners.

Grafs charges 3% for CC purchases. I use a check or MO.
Shipping at Grafs is comparable to Midway but I often negotiate reduced shipping charges with Grafs. Try that with Midway.
As for gun parts and gunsmithing supplies, the great Brownells gets all that business.
