Does anyone have any experience putting a SA 4.275 staggerfeed blind mag action in one of their Gen 2 DBM chassis? I am very interested, but want to make sure it will feed smooth from a mag.

What do you think of the Chassis. I've been in contact with Scott for a remington. He was very helpful. I bought a savage 10FP second. I couldn't beat the price. I'm still thinking of geting one of their systems.
i have the 4.4 centerfeed.. it rocks, no issues..

how scary is the price tag for one of those?
It is (or was) on sale recently for $745 shipped with 1 mag.
a few... i got it with 2 10rd mags shipped for a tad under 800 on sale
I have a gen5 on a Remington 700. Love it. So much that I am thinking about getting rid of my manners t2 for my savage and ordering a savage model.
I wish he would do something about the gap between the trigger guard and the grip. I don't know why but it just annoys me. :-\
make a walnut custom to fill it.Quote:

Does any one know if it is or not.
I own 3 McRees.
1 Remington 700 260
1 Stevens 308
1 Stiller Tac338 currently at the smith being chambered.
I wouldn't own anything else

I like the McCrees, but I like the XLR better.
